These guys are in the business for one thing and... one thing only - the money!! I was quoted a price over the phone and then nearly double once they turned up but being in a vulnerable position, we paid up. Their next visit was rushed and basically couldnt be bothered as they had another job to go to. I was advised i'd get a partial refund but quess what - we didnt hear back.
