I am only giving a high 3 stars because of Terry, he did a great job in getting rid of 2 wasp nests, but was quoted one... price from office (and on their website) which was nearly double when he arrived. Outrageous they can do this.read more

PROMPT -because they want your business before you call someone else. These guys are in the business for one thing and... one thing only - the money!! I was quoted a price over the phone and then nearly double once they turned up but being in a vulnerable position, we paid up. Their next visit was rushed and basically couldnt be bothered as they had another job to go to. I was advised i'd get a partial refund but quess what - we didnt hear back. AVOID and use a reputable company and not one were most of their reviews are left by family/friends.read more

“ Terry the moth terminator turned up at our house to exterminate carpet moth which had been cleverly spotted by our lovely cleaning duo. Terry was courteous, attentive and very informative about the problem. He carried out the first treatment very efficiently and left us with specific instructions which we followed to the letter. Terry has returned today to do the second treatment which we hope will be the last. Terry enthuses about his work and is very knowledgeable. Terry called and discussed options for managing a flea issue holistically and showed concern for my cat and myself who were suffering bites! Terry advised the best timing of the home flea treatment to coincide with my pet treatment for the most effective results.
