Terry the moth terminator turned up at our house to exterminate carpet moth which had been cleverly spotted by our lovely cleaning duo. Terry was courteous, attentive and very informative about the problem. He carried out the first treatment very efficiently and left us with specific instructions which we followed to the letter. Terry has returned today to do the second treatment which we hope will be the last. Terry enthuses about his work and is very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend the company which was recommended by our cleaners. If you are invaded by "pests" this are the people to call. Thank you.”

Received a quick response after making an enquiry online. Terry called and discussed options for managing a flea issue holistically and showed concern for my cat and myself who were suffering bites! Terry advised the best timing of the home flea treatment to coincide with my pet treatment for the most effective results. Terry was on time for both treatments (we had two rounds to ensure effectiveness), giving notice before arrival. He talked through all of our concerns, and was on hand for follow up queries. The treatments seemed to have worked, no more bites! I would use this company again. Thank you, Terry!”

I spoke to jason from the company regarding some issues even though his company does not deal with this type of problem he went out of his way to help with it. Gave me advise and even other companies that deal with problem ans even gave me more insight to my problem. My point is if this company's is willing to go out of out of there way for problem thats not theres then imagine when you do actually use them. Also took my call at 08.30pm and was out but still stayed on call for 10 mins and wiliing to help thank you jason that was the name of the person who helped me. Ask for jason when you call”
