Terry from ERD responded rapidly to our call for help. He went beyond the call of duty to tackle a difficult situation with multiple wasps nests at considerable height across the roof-scape of our multi-tennanted building. All very professionally done. Awesome ! :-)

Terry arrived within a couple of hours of my call to them to remove a couple of wasp nests. He was polite, friendly and informative. Agreed price when I rang which I found to be very reasonable.

Swift response and really flexible in fitting in around our diaries. The whole procedure took no more then 10 minutes and the house/area treated was left clean and tidy. Wasps are now long gone, five stars!

I am only giving a high 3 stars because of Terry, he did a great job in getting rid of 2 wasp nests, but was quoted one price from office (and on their website) which was nearly double when he arrived. Outrageous they can do this.

PROMPT -because they want your business before you call someone else. These guys are in the business for one thing and one thing only - the money!! I was quoted a price over the phone and then nearly double once they turned up but being in a vulnerable position, we paid up. Their next visit was rushed and basically couldnt be bothered as they had another job to go to. I was advised i'd get a partial refund but quess what - we didnt hear back. AVOID and use a reputable company and not one were most of their reviews are left by family/friends.

“ We had trouble with (probable) bed bugs that were biting only my wife. I did an internet enquiry on a Sunday morning and Terry called me an hour or so later. He visited promptly and, in two stages, delivered a bug apocalypse on our unwelcome squatters. Terry is super knowlegable and straight forward with the cost and what was needed. (Another firm I called failed to mention that a second visit would be necessary to wipe out bugs that were safe in eggs during the first assault). So the pests are gone and we are happy customers.
